Mercedes Searer is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. She is also certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM) and Nutrition Coach (Health Science Academy). Mercedes received an MFA in Dance from Sarah Lawerence College where she completed an anatomical thesis on choreographic specific training and neuromuscular preparation. She completed her BFA from Point Park University where she rigorously studied anatomy and kinesiology.

Mercedes offers personalized plans tailored to your personal fitness and lifestyle goals as well as one on one training. She also offers nutrition coaching, integrated movement/postural assessments, and dance training. Training address physical weaknesses, organizational patterning, and movement quality. Her personal training objectives are to optimize your movement quality by minimizing the non-ideal recruitment strategies that result in observable postural distortion and movement compensation so that you can move, feel and live better.

Utilizing multiple training modalities including, weight training, Pilates, HIIT, plyometrics, functional anatomy, neuromuscular facilitation and ballet and dance techniques, Mercedes crafts a unique full bodied approach that challenges the limits of your body. *All training can be done remotely
